Decluttering solutions offered at Lifetree Café
Practical tips for decluttering your life will be revealed at Lifetree Café on Monday, Dec. 12, at 2 p.m.
The program, titled “Declutter Your Life: Practical Ways to Find Outer Order and Inner Calm,” features a filmed interview with Gretchen Rubin, author of the New York Times No. 1 best-selling book “The Happiness Project”.
“As I’ve studied happiness, I’ve been surprised about how much outer order contributes to inner calm,” says Rubin. “Clutter-clearing seems insignificant, but it energizes people. By getting control of their stuff, people feel they have more control of larger things.”
Participants will get practical steps for decluttering their homes and their schedules and living calmer, happier lives.
Admission to the 60-minute event is free. Lifetree Café meets at Jalapeño’s Mexican Restaurant, 314 N. Second Ave., Sandpoint.
