Deputies responded to a threats call in the Priest River area on Whiski Road at 10:18 p.m.

Brandon Downs, 21, of Priest River, was arrested in the 3000 block of U.S. 2 at 11:58 p.m. on charges of possession of fentanyl and possession of paraphernalia; and Ryan Todd, 26, of Priest River was arrested at the same time and location on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia.

Nariah N. Montgomery, 24, of Sandpoint was charged in the 1100 block of Triangle Drive at 11:24 a.m. with with theft of labor and services.

An officer responded to a report of shoplifting in the 476900 block of U.S. 95 at 3:44 p.m.

Report of vandalism in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 3:57 p.m.

An officer responded to an agency assist in the 300 block of Bonner Mall Way at 9:45 p.m.

Jeffrey A. Smith, 48, of Whitefish, Mont. was cited in the 31000 block of Highway 200 at 1:14 a.m. on charges of possession of marijuana (less than three ounces) and possession of

paraphernalia with the intent to use.
