With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Robert G. Craig. Bob passed away peacefully Dec. 6, 2022. He was born in Sagle, Idaho, on Nov. 27, 1936. Bob is preceded in death by his parents, Chet and Louise Craig; his brothers, Bill and Harvey Craig; and his sister, Imogene Doty.

Bob is survived by his sister, Darlene Dunham; son Jack Craig and his wife, Evelin; daughter Linda Holliday and her husband, Randy; his grandchildren, Brandy and Kacie; his beloved partner and friend, Jennie Becerra; along with his great-grandkids, Skyler Hilton, Mackenzie and Noah Sheets; and several nieces and nephews.

Bob worked for the Army Corps of Engineers from 1959 to 1984. He also came out of retirement and was a security guard for Les Schwab for 20 years.

Bob always made people smile. He enjoyed spending time with family, hunting, fishing and traveling. He will be remembered for his contagious smile and humor that delighted everyone who knew him or who he came in to contact with. His laugh brought joy to many. He loved and adored his family. He was a big guy with an even bigger heart. He would do anything to help anyone that was in need. His death will leave a lasting hole in our hearts.
