Report of a suspicious person on Tank Road in Oldtown at 4:42 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken on USFS Road 278 in Bayview at 7:11 p.m.

Heather Roberts, 35, of Rathdrum was arrested on an outstanding Bonner County warrant in the 455000 block of Highway 95 at 7:25 p.m.

Deputies responded to a reckless driver reported in the area of U.S. 2 and Northview Drive at 8:05 p.m.

Deputies, Bonner County EMS and Northside Fire responded to an unknown-injury accident reported on U.S. 95 in the greater Sandpoint area at 4:03 a.m.

SANDPOINT POLICE

Dec. 12

Information was relayed to law enforcement on N. Division Avenue at 7:36 a.m.

During a traffic stop in the area of Fifth and Larch at 10:41 a.m., marijuana and paraphernalia were seized for destruction.

Report of a disabled vehicle creating a traffic hazard in the 3400 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 11:02 a.m.

Report of possible harassment in the 400 block of S. Division Avenue at 11:14 a.m.

Report of possible threats in the 1300 block of Forsythia Avenue at 11:21 a.m.

Report of theft in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue at 11:17 a.m.

A follow-up report was taken in the area of N. First Avenue and Main Street at 12:53 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call on Fifth Avenue at 1:55 p.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on Pine Street at 8:14 p.m.

Report of an intoxicated female in the 300 block of N. Second Avenue at 9:31 p.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on W. Lake Street at 10:05 p.m.

PONDERAY POLICE

Dec. 12

A follow-up report was taken on U.S. 95 in the city at 9:57 a.m.

An officer advised at 12:45 p.m. that multiple people called and reported the turn signal at Highway 200 and Kootenai Cutoff was not working and that traffic was backing up; and advised it was a repeat problem caused by glare and the sunshine and alerted ITD the issue was still causing problems.

Report of a 911 hang-up in the 500 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 2:52 p.m.

Ashley M. Johnson, age not listed, of Marion, Mont., was arrested in the 475000 block of Highway 95 at 10:33 p.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana (more than 3 ounces).

Dec. 12

Malicious injury to property was reported on Harriet Street at 11:04 a.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on High Street at 3:29 p.m.

Disorderly conduct was reported on U.S. 2 in the city at 8:57 p.m.
