Stacie Stigall, 53, of Cusick, Wash., was arrested in the area of U.S. 2 and Wisconsin Street in Priest River at 6:43 p.m. on charges of possession of methamphetamine and marijuana; and Dennis Stigall, 54, of Cusick, Wash., was cited at the same time and location on charges of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

A vehicle fire was reported in the 25000 block of U.S. 2 at 6:45 p.m.

A vehicle slide-off was reported on Dufort Road in Sagle at 6:42 p.m.

Report of a 911 hang-up on Old Priest River Road in Priest River at 7:17 p.m.

A reckless driver was reported in the area of U.S. 95 and Barnhart Road in Careywood at 7:37 p.m.

Drugs were confiscated in the Sandpoint area on Highway 200 at 9:35 p.m.

Harley Brown, 29, of Newport, Wash., was cited on a charge of willful concealment on Tank Road in Oldtown at 11:47 p.m.

Report of information on Colburn Culver Road at 1:03 a.m.

Deputies responded to a report of a drunken driver on Highway 41 and Spirit Lake Cutoff in Spirit Lake at 1:41 a.m.

An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call on N. Third Avenue at 7:46 a.m.

Report of a parking problem in the 1300 block of W. Superior Street at 7:01 a.m.

Report of trespassing in the 600 block of Larch Street at 8:32 a.m.

Report of a municipal code violation in the 500 block of Fifth Avenue at 9:25 a.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on N. Boyer Avenue at 9:53 a.m.

Report of a municipal code violation in the 400 block of S. Florence Avenue at 10:14 a.m.

Report of a tobacco violation in the 300 block of S. Division Avenue at 10:27 a.m.

A sex offense reported in the city was placed under investigation at 10:54 a.m.

Report of an aggressive dog in the 1100 block of Spruce Street at 11:29 a.m.

Dec. 15

An officer responded to a report of suspicious circumstances in the 476000 block of Highway 95 at 12:39 p.m.

Craig Allan Landes, 31, of Spokane, Wash., was cited in the 470000 block of U.S. 95 at 9:36 p.m. on a charge of driving without privileges.

An officer was dispatched to an information report in the 476700 block of U.S. 95 at 10:40 p.m.
