Jacob T. Thompson, 31, of Rathdrum, was cited on Cedar Street at 8:45 a.m. on a charge of inattentive driving.

Report of a slide-off accident in the U.S. area in the city at 10:59 a.m.

An officer responded to a report of two vehicle tires being slashed in the 300 block of Forest Avenue at 11:17 a.m.

Report of a male creating a traffic hazard in the area of U.S. 2 and S. Division Avenue at 12:07 p.m.
