Lake City takes down Sandpoint

COEUR d’ALENE — Lake City took down Sandpoint 52-30 in its wrestling dual on Wednesday.
Adam Belgarde had a tough loss at 145 losing to Ryley Juardo 10-6.
Sandpoint’s 138-pounder Shane Sherrill continued his string of victories after placing third at the Conrad Garner Invitational by pinning Sean Dremann 1:39 into the second round.
Calvin Hinds also won his match by pin against AJ Johnson with one second to spare in the first round.
Sandpoint will dual against Moscow on Friday for its senior night at 7 p.m.
