Fire dancers from Embody Studio perform at a past Winter Carnival block party. The event follows the fun, festive, and brightly-lit Winter Carnival parade through downtown Sandpoint.

Friday's Weird Wonderful Winter Parade of Lights kicked off the two-week-long Winter Carnival.
Following the parade was an awards ceremony following for the parade participants. Award categories are best in theme, most creative and best overall.
An after party featured fire dancers, music, cocoa and s'mores and family friendly fun.
