The City of Kootenai is proposing to revise its official fee schedule by imposing a new Northside Fire District Impact Fee for new residential development at the rate of $785 per unit and for new non-residential development at the rate of 39 cents per square foot. The purpose of the fee is to provide a proportionate share of the costs of the fire district needs to serve new development. NOTICE OF INTENTION TO SELL BONDS Public notice is hereby given by the City of Sandpoint, Bonner County, Idaho (the "City"), of its intention to sell its Water Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2022, in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $13,425,069 (the "Bonds").
