Deputies were assigned to a trespass call on Caseys Lane at 10:57 a.m.

Silas Printz-Hay was cited in the area of River Lake Drive and River Roads in Clark Fork on a charge of driving without privileges

Shawnn Carlson, 30, of Spokane, Washington, was cited in the 700 block of Algoma Spur Road in Sagle at 10:22 p.m. on charges of possession of controlled substance (marijuana) and possession of paraphernalia.

Report of possible fraud in the 200 block of N. Second Avenue at 9:19 a.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Cedar Street at 9:31 a.m.

Report of a tobacco violation in the 300 block of S. Division Avenue at 10:39 a.m.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 1100 block of W. Lake Street at 1:23 p.m.

Report of a reckless driver in the area of Highway 200 and McGhee Road in Kootenai at 2:41 p.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Kinnikinnik Avenue at 6:03 p.m.

Sandpoint officers assisted probation on a call on Fifth Avenue at 8:30 a.m.

PONDERAY POLICE

Feb. 1

Michael J. Hernandez Jr., 26, of Sandpoint was cited in the 476600 block of U.S. 95 at 3:42 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana (less than 3 oz.) and possession of

drug paraphernalia.

Crystal A. Tucker, 36, was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant at 5:11 p.m. in the 476900 block of U.S. 95.

An officer responded to a report of suspicious circumstances in the 477100 block of U.S. 95 at 6:34 a.m.

PRIEST RIVER POLICE

Feb. 1

A student was cited for a vape device in the 300 block of Harriet Street at 11:05 a.m.

Report of a non-injury collision on U.S. 2 in the Priest River area at 1:02 p.m.

A student was cited for a vape device in the Highway 57 area at 1:49 p.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on Washington Street at 7:52 p.m.

Report of a juvenile problem on Larch Street at 8:46 p.m.

An officer responded to a report of a reckless driver on U.S. 2 in the city at 10:08 p.m.
