Jay D. Armstrong, 43, of Sandpoint, was cited in the area of N. Ella Avenue and Larch Street at 11:04 p.m. on a charge of misdemeanor no insurance.
Feb. 3
A 17-year-old Moyie Springs female was arrested in the Baldy Mountain Road area at 12:13 a.m. on a curfew violation charge; and a 17-year-old Sandpoint male was issued a promise to appear at the same time and location on a curfew violation charge.
