Michael A Luciano, 32, of Sandpoint, was cited on N. Boyer Road at 7:56 a.m. on a charge of violating a no contact order.

Deputies investigated a report of fraud in the 10000 block of Baldy Mountain Road at 7:35 a.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on Eastside Road in Priest River at 8:36 a.m.

Report of information on Rocky Mountain Ranch Road in Spirit Lake at 8:52 a.m.

Deputies handled a 911 call in the 10000 block of Schweitzer Mountain Road at 10:52 a.m.

Report of a theft of property in the 2000 block of Jewel Lake Road in Sagle at 12:40 p.m.

Report of a reckless driver on U.S. 95 near Westmond Road at 2:20 p.m.

A 911 hang-up was reported on Waterbird Landing in Coolin at 2:39 p.m.

A suspicious vehicle was reported in the Talache area on Pristine View Drive at 2:49 p.m.

Report of a 911 hang-up on Schweitzer Mountain Road at 3:20 p.m.

Report of a 911 hang-up on Raven Lane in Careywood at 4:16 p.m.

Deputies handled a report of fraud in the 4000 block of N. Boyer Road at 4:43 p.m.

Report of a 911 hang-up in the 600 block of Rock Springs Road in Athol at 5:39 p.m.

Report of a non-injury collision in the 600 block of Bowen Arrow Road at 6:45 p.m.

Report of a disorderly person in the 200 block of E. Fourth Avenue in Clark Fork at 6:45 p.m.

Deputies received an information call on Parson Drive in Priest River at 7:03 p.m.

A deputy assisted Priest River Police on Highway 57 at 8:28 p.m.

Report of a 911 hang-up in the 400 block of Little Blacktail Road in Careywood at 11:10 p.m.

SANDPOINT POLICE

Feb. 2

A case was assigned to cover a non-reportable collision in the 400 block of S. Boyer Avenue at 8 a.m.

A case was assigned to cover a report of papers being served in the downtown area at 8:16 a.m.

Icy roads were reported in the area of Madison Avenue and Ontario Street at 8:13 a.m.

A case was assigned to cover a report of papers being served in the downtown area at 8:23 a.m.

Papers were reported served in the downtown area at 8:26 a.m.

Report of a tobacco violation in the 300 block of S. Division Avenue at 9:23 a.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on Fir Street at 10:05 a.m.

An officer and Selkirk Fire responded to a two-vehicle, non-injury collision reported in the area of Sixth and Main at 11:46 a.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on E. Superior Street at 1:25 p.m.

An officer responded to a report of a reckless driver in the area of Highway 200 and Eastgate Drive in Ponderay at 2:58 p.m.

Report of theft in the 1500 block of Northshore Drive was determined to be unfounded at 3:02 p.m.

Report of a dog at large in the 1100 block of Ontario Street at 3:25 p.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on Pine Street at 3:14 p.m.

An officer responded to a non-injury collision in the area of Schweitzer Cutoff Road and U.S. 95 at 7:50 p.m.

Jay D. Armstrong, 43, of Sandpoint, was cited in the area of N. Ella Avenue and Larch Street at 11:04 p.m. on a charge of misdemeanor no insurance.

Feb. 3

A 17-year-old Moyie Springs female was arrested in the Baldy Mountain Road area at 12:13 a.m. on a curfew violation charge; and a 17-year-old Sandpoint male was issued a promise to appear at the same time and location on a curfew violation charge.

Feb. 2

An officer responded to a non-injury collision in the 200 block of Bonner Mall Way at 9:28 a.m.

Report of a hit-and-run accident on U.S. 95 in the city at 12:11 p.m.

Report of a hit-and-run accident on Bonner Mall Way at 1:01 p.m.

An officer responded to a report of suspicious circumstances in the 476900 block of U.S. 95 at 10:59 p.m.

PRIEST RIVER POLICE

Feb. 2

An unspecified traffic violation was reported in the area of Sagle and Rocky roads at 11:06 a.m.

Possible fraud was reported on Fourth Street in Priest River at 2:48 p.m.

An officer responded to a reported juvenile problem on Highway 57 at 8:28 p.m.
