Janet A. “Jan” Meneely, 81, of Kootenai, Idaho, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 10, 2022, with her loving family at her side.

She and her husband, Jim, formerly owned and operated Seagull Charters out of Hope, Idaho, for many years.
