Officers responded to a reported family offense in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 7:15 p.m.

Clayton E. Littell, 53, of Spokane was arrested in the 477200 block of U.S. 95 on charges of driving under the influence and open container of alcohol by a driver at 9:18 p.m.

Suspicious circumstances were reported on Highway 200 in Kootenai at 10:40 p.m.
