NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ponderay City Council will hold public hearing on Monday, February 7, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., to consider the following request: File ZC21-024 - Tate, Zone Change, Industrial to Commercial - Lawson Tate (Phil McNearney and John and Joyce Broadsword, landowners) is requesting approval to rezone two existing undeveloped lots of record from Industrial to Commercial in order to allow for a greater variety of uses. The project also proposes construction of an underground parking garage. The applicant has requested a parking space reduction as is allowed by PCC9-5E-3 (F) from 147 parking spaces required by to code to 105 spaces due to site topography and the inability to construct closer to the slope, according to the application. The application also requests a zero setback to the south and east from the underground parking facility.
