Officer responded to the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 5:52 p.m. for a stolen vehicle recovery.
Darrin P. Shepard, 54, of Spokane, Washington, was arrested on two outstanding warrants in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 5:52 p.m.
