The Basketball School of Sandpoint will be hosting its fifth annual basketball camp for boys and girls ages 7-16.

The event will take place on July 25-29 at Kootenai elementary school.

Boys and girls ages 7-10 will take the court first from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. with 11-16-year-olds ending the day from 1 to 4 p.m.

The camp will run for five days and last approximately three hours a day.

The campers will be grouped based on ability and will be taught fundamentals, including ball handling, passing, shooting, rebounding, and defense.

They will also enjoy creative games, competitions, races, and tournaments, all while developing their skills.

For one player, the cost of admission is $105, for two siblings it’s $200, and for three siblings it’s $295.

All players will receive their own official camp t-shirt along with camp championship trophies that will be earned every Friday.

The players will learn about teamwork, sportsmanship, and accomplishing goals through hard work, with the number one goal being to have fun.
