Cook and Parks split at Baldfoot

For the second week in a row, the Sandpoint Disc Golf League had a tie on top of the leaderboard after 18 holes.

Christan Cook and Toby Parks finished tied for first place with a score of 52, three under par.

Cook got off to an early lead following hole one with a birdie with Parks notching a bogey.

Parks would get his redemption on the very next hole with flipped results to tie the game back at par.

Cook took the lead back after two straight birdies on holes six and seven to put his score at -3, three strokes ahead of Parks.

During holes 16 and 17, Cook had a collapse where he bogeyed both holes, opening the door for Parks to come back.

Park would respond with a birdie on hole 17 to once again tie the game.

Following the 18 hole, both players pared to finish with the tied score.

Michael Givens finished just one stroke behind the two with a score of 53, two under par.

He was also tied for the lead with a score of -3 before hole 10 where he bogeyed to put him one stroke back.

He answered back rather quickly with a birdie to put him back into the race.

However, on hole 18, he finished with a bogey to put him one stroke behind Parks and Cook.
