ORDINANCE NO. 164 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PONDERAY, BONNER COUNTY, IDAHO, PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF CITY CODE TITLE 9, CHAPTER 1, ENTITLED DEFINITIONS, CONTRACTORS YARD; TITLE 9, CHAPTER 4, ARTICLE A, SUBSECTION 3, ENTITLED USES PERMITTED, RURAL ZONE; TITLE 9, CHAPTER 4, ARTICLE C, SUBSECTION 4, ENTITLED SPECIAL USES, COMMERCIAL ZONE; TITLE 9, CHAPTER 4, ARTICLE D, SUBSECTION 3, ENITITLED USES PERMITTED, INDUSTRIAL ZONE; AND PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION AND THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PONDERAY, IDAHO: Section 1.00. amends Ponderay City Code, Title 9, Chapter 1, Definitions, Contractor's Yard to de fine a contractor's yard as a permanent use and to allow structures to be as sociated with this use. Section 2.00. amends Ponderay City Code, Title 9, Chapter 4, Article A, Subsection 3, Uses Per mitted, Rural Zone to add contractor's yard as a per mitted use. Section 3.00. amends Ponderay City Code, Title 9, Chapter 4, Article C, Subsection 4, Entitled Special Uses, Commer cial Zone to add contracto r's yard as a special use. Section 4.00. amends Ponderay City Code, Title 9, Chapter 4, Article D, Subsection 3, Uses Per mitted, Industrial Zone to add contractor's yards as a permitted use.
