Head notches league win and ace

Travis Head notched the victory during singles league at the Baldfoot Disc Golf Course with a score of 45, 10 under par.

Head dominated his competition, winning by six strokes. He also notched an ace or a hole-in-one during hole seven.

He threw his disc into the 224 feet par-3 basket in just one toss to put his score at -5.

He went on to birdie hole eight as well and notched a hat trick of birdies from holes 10 through 12.

He finished the round with eight birdies and an ace.

Second place was a tie between Michael Givens and Mike Brown. Both men finished the round with a score of 51, four under par.

Brown and Givens had a true back-and-forth matchup where as soon as one would get the advantage, the other would swoop in and take it back.

Brown held the advantage following the first hole with a birdie. It seemed like Givens was going to fall two strokes behind following a bogey on hole six, but Brown also notched a bogey.

The two matched each other's score until hole nine, where Brown notched a bogey and Givens got a birdie to tie the score.

Both throwers struggled to pull ahead of one another throughout the rest of the round.
