Meeting set for sports complex
A concept rendering of the James E. Russell Sports Center scheduled to be built at Travers Park. As city officials and Russell's family talked, there was one concept that resonated the most — a fully enclosed court facility configured with multi-purpose court striping to include four new tennis courts, 16 pickleball courts and basketball court.
