July 10
A legally parked vehicle was reported struck in the 1300 block of Honeysuckle Avenue at 10:37 a.m.
An officer was unable to locate a juvenile riding an ATV in the area of N. Boyer and Schweitzer Cutoff roads after a complaint at 1:20 p.m.
An officer was unable to locate a reported reckless driver in the 400 block of Ruth Avenue at 4:19 p.m.
Thomas B Smith, 26, of Sandpoint was cited on Cedar Street at 8:48 p.m. on a misdemeanor charge of no insurance.
Tristan D. Gonser, 20, of Sandpoint, was cited in the area of Fifth and Poplar at 10:35 p.m. on charges of posession of marijuana and paraphernalia; and a 15-year-old Sandpoint male was issued a promise to appear at the same time and location on charges of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
