IHE students claim reading rewards

| June 8, 2022 1:00 AM

Almost half of Idaho Hill Elementary's 155 students met the fourth quarter reading challenge.

School officials said 70 out of 155 students met the challenge this year. To meet the challenge, the students had to read a minimum of 20 minutes at least three times a week for at least seven of the nine weeks in the quarter.

As a reward, the students went on a field trip to Riley Creek and had several activities to participate in including fishing, making s'mores, and beach volleyball to name a few.
