Kendall L. Johnson Jr., 51, of Bonners Ferry was arrested in the area of Schweitzer

Plaza and Pacific Steel at 2:49 p.m. on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.

Report of a controlled substance incident on Larkspur Street at 8:09 p.m.

Officer advised that a report of a structure fire in the 500 block of Church Street was unfounded following a multi-agency response at 10:15 p.m.

Cassandra L Pooler, 34, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 300 block of Cedar Street at 11:45 p.m. on charges of driving under the influence (excessive) and open container of alcohol.

Following a DUI investigation on E. Superior Street at 11:46 p.m., an officer advised the driver was released without charges.
