Colton Mandarino, 18, of Elk, Washington, was cited in the pre-100 block of Tank Road in Oldtown at 9:33 p.m. on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; Trey Adams, 19, of Cheney, Washington, was cited at the same time and location on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deputies responded to a family offense in the 500 block of East Valley Street in Oldtown at 10:23 p.m.

James Junior, 49, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 4000 block of U.S. 2 in Priest River at 10:44 p.m. charges of driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance.
