Lawrence W. Hall, 46, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the area of Sixth Avenue and Fir Street at 8:33 p.m.

Thomas L. Cartwright, 31, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 1200 block of Maple Street on charges of driving under the influence and open container at 10:30 p.m.
