CORRECTION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NEW SYRINGA HEIGHTS WATER DISTRICT FEE. The Board of Directors ("Board") of Syringa Heights Water District ("District") will hold a public hearing on June 29th, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at the VFW Building located at 1325 Pine Street, Sandpoint, Idaho in accordance with Idaho Code §63-1311A. The purpose of the public hearing is to take public comments regarding a proposed new fee for additional living units constructed within the District following the approval of the implementation of the new fee. The establishment of the new fee is intended to allow the District to recoup its costs associated with new additional living units monitored by a single water meter. The Board will consider all written and oral communication in making a final determination as to whether to implement the new fee. If you are unable to attend the hearing, but would like to provide written comments to the Board for consideration, comments may be sent via U.S. Mail to P.O. Box 2401, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864 or emailed to the District at syringawater@gmail.com.
