REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) City of Sandpoint Wastewater Collection System Assessment The City of Sandpoint (City) is requesting statements of qualification from qualified Consultants to provide professional engineering services to develop a comprehensive wastewater collection system assessment and amend the Wastewater Facility Plan (2019). This solicitation is governed by Idaho Code ยง 67-2320 and shall be administered accordingly. The total budget available for professional services is $100,000. If advised, additional funding could be pursued by IDAPA grant funding.
