An officer assisted Sandpoint Police on Fifth Avenue at 4:34 p.m.
Kevin M. Sudduth, 36, of Burien, Washington, was arrested in the 477200 block of U.S. 95 at 10:12 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence (excessive concentration).
Michael Toomey, 44, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 476000 block of U.S. 95 at 10:18 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.
An officer received a call of a non-injury traffic accident in the 200 block of Bonner Mall Way at 10:18 p.m.
