He met his sweetheart when she was two weeks old, and neighbors in San Francisco. Years later he proudly took her to the 1950 Prom at the Mark Hopkins Hotel in his 1931 Chevy Coupe. They were happily married on January 23, 1954, in San Francisco, and they made their home in Felton.
Tom and Jackie raised their three daughters Christine “Chris” Iverson (Scott), Nanette “Nan” Brothers (Tom) and Louise Driggars (Bob) in Felton.

They were very active in the VCCA and traveled in their numerous cars to antique Chevy tours all over the U.S. Tom always seemed to put his 1927 Ford Model T on the back-burner.
Tom and Jackie moved to the Selle Valley full time in 2003 to be closer to their family.

Naomi and Jared Kimbrel (Audrey and Paul), Renee and Matt Melle (Temperance and Timothy), Dr. Michelle Brothers, 2nd Lieutenant Pauline Brothers, Caytlin and Ryley Reese (Elizabeth and Evelyn and baby on the way), Phillip and Brittney Driggars (Molly, Weston, Ethan and baby girl on the way).
