Report of a two-vehicle, non-injury collision in the area of Fifth and Larch at 9:56 a.m.
An officer was unable to locate suspicious vehicle reported to be in the 400 block of N. Ella Avenue at 10:40 a.m.
A vehicle theft in the 300 block of N. First Avenue was determined to be unfounded at 1 p.m.
A stop arm violation was reported in the area of N. Boyer Avenue and Airport Way at 1:25 p.m.
A report of suspicious activity in the area of S. Ella and W. Lake was determined to be unfounded at 2:21 p.m.
Report of a vehicle theft in the 800 block of Spruce Street was determined to be unfounded at 2:38 p.m.

Kelsey S Holler, 31, of Sandpoint, was arrested on U.S. 95 in Ponderay at 1:21 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.

April 21
An officer responded to a report of counterfeit bills received in the 300 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 11:28 a.m.
An officer conducted a death investigation in the 300 block of Bonner Mall Way at 11:51 a.m.
Report of a non-injury accident on U.S. 95 in the city at 12:51 p.m.
Mary Anna Logsdon, 38, of Sandpoint was arrested in the 1000 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 4:08 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.
Thomas I. Hayes, 66, of Troy, Montana, was arrested in the 477100 block of Highway 95 at 9:13 p.m. on charges of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of a prescription drug without a valid prescription, and possession of marijuana (less than 3 ounces).
