BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PONDERAY, IDAHO: Section 1.00. Amendment of City Code Section 3-2-1(A). 3-2-1: BURN PERMIT: A. Required: No open burning shall be allowed within the boundaries of the city except by permit issued by the Northside fire district in accordance with the version of the international fire code in effect at the time of the application for a permit. Cooking/Campfires do not require a burn permit and may be burned after sundown. Cooking/campfires are required to be in a fire ring, or a UL approved solid fuel appliance. Cooking/Campfires shall be no larger than three feet in diameter and no higher than two feet. Section 2.00. Effective Date of Ordinance.
