An officer responded to an alarm in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 12:18 a.m.
Shannon M. Arndt, 42, of Priest River was arrested in the 800 block of Fifth Avenue at 1:12 a.m. on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).
