Jean G. Buck, 90, passed away on Thursday, May 12, 2022.

Graveside services will be held at Pinecrest Memorial Park, at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, June 1, 2022. Pastor Jon Pomeroy will be conducting.

Jean, a Dover, Idaho, native, was born on December 31, 1931, the daughter of Vernon and Myrtle Bailey Sr. She attended local schools, later becoming a nurse’s aide and working at the Sandpoint Manor. She married Roland Buck on October 4, 1949, and he preceded her in death. Jean loved Dover and North Idaho.

She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn (and Jim) Martin; grandchildren, James R. (and Samantha) Martin Jr., Jamie-Sue (and Chad) Meyer, and Stacy (and Jed) Drennan; great-grandchildren, Riley and Jayden Martin, Brandon and Tyler Meyer, and Ava and Isiah Drennan.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; her son, Roland Jr.; and nine siblings.
