James C. Radan, 49, of Oldtown, was arrested on Tank Road in Oldtown at 7:41 p.m. on a fugitive from justice warrant; and Jenny M. Lamanna Miller, 36, of Oldtown, was arrested at the same time and location on a fugitive from justice warrant.

ISP responded to a report of a reckless driver in the area of Highway 41 and Mansours Place in Oldtown at 7:33 p.m.

Deputies responded to a possible prowler in the 100 block of Lamb Creek Road on Priest Lake at 1:31 a.m.

Suspicious circumstances were reported on Hidden Valley Road in Spirit Lake at 4:37 a.m.

Oct. 27

A civil standby was requested in the 1900 block of Mountain Meadows Way at 6:49 a.m.

An officer advised they were unable to locate a dog at large reported to be in the area of N. Fourth Avenue and Alder Street at 7:38 a.m.

A welfare check in the Cedar Street area was placed under investigation at 7:58 a.m.

Report of an abandoned vehicle in the 2000 block of Pine Street at 8:37 a.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Sixth Avenue at 10:14 a.m.

Report of a tobacco violation in the 1000 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 10:53 a.m.

A possible sex offense was placed under investigation in the city at 3:32 p.m.

Mark W. Gustafson, age not listed, of Spirit Lake, was transported to detention at the request of probation and was cited at 4:47 p.m. on Samuelson Avenue on a charge of misdemeanor driving without privileges.

A report of a fight in the area of N. Boyer Avenue and Chestnut Street at 5:52 p.m. was determined to be unfounded.
