God is with us as we face life's trials
To those who read this today, and to those who do not, to the editors, to the fathers sipping their morning coffee, to the skeptic looking to dissect and tear down, God’s hand is upon your life.
I cannot stress enough the impact that Father God has whether we believe it or not, whether we walk in it or not. Can a resistant heart stop the purpose that God has on it? I feel that is a question for Jonah, I feel that is a question for the apostle Paul, I feel that is a question for Moses.
The question is not if God will use you, it is what must you go through to be used? What joy it would be to simply all chase after His heart, to have a heart filled with worship, with Love, and with a desire for Him and Him alone.
It is in these days, that our choice does not directly affect God’s overall outcome, but the journey that we face in the meantime. Will we walk a ragged road filled with frustration, regret, and bitterness; or shall we submit to the heart of the Father, and still face trials, but now face them with peace, with joy, with hope knowing that all these things work out for good?
Certainly we know that his word says that, “You shall face many trials and sorrows, but take heart, for I have overcome the world," (John 16:33) but we know too that, “God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.” (Romans 8:28 NLT)
These are truths that are unmistakable and unchangeable. Know that you do not walk this road alone. In every step we take, we now have opportunity to have impact over hearts and lives, all it takes is a simple “yes Lord” So take heart, and walk in submission to His flow, allow God the Father to move you, so that you might have peace in the midst.
