Report of a reckless driver in the area of Highway 200 and Shingle Mill Road at 8 a.m.

A follow-up report was taken on S. Thimbleberry Lane at 8:18 a.m.

Report of a non-injury traffic accident on Highway 41 in Spirit Lake at 8:25 a.m.

Report of suspicious circumstances in the 700 block of Dirks Road in Priest River at 10:06 a.m.

Russell Merrifield, 58, of Bonners Ferry, was arrested in the 2000 block of Selle Road at 11:38 a.m. on a charge of criminal trespassing.

Report of a threats call in the Samuels area on Reload Road at 1:48 p.m.

A 911 hang-up was received from Shoshone Point Drive in Priest Lake at 2:35 p.m.

An information report was taken on in Cascade Creek Road in Clark Fork at 3:12 p.m.

Report of found property in the 14000 block of U.S. 2 in Laclede at 4:28 p.m.

An information report was generated on Heath Lake Road in Sagle at 4:51 p.m.

Deputies responded to a non-reportable traffic accident in the Sagle area on U.S. 95 at 4:52 p.m.

A civil dispute was reported on Ponderosa Road in Sagle at 4:50 p.m.

A civil dispute was reported on Old Sawmill Road in Sagle at 4:57 p.m.

A suspicious vehicle was reported on Upper Pack River Road at 6:40 p.m.

A family offense was reported in the Upper Pack River Road area at 7:37 p.m.

ISP responded to a report of a reckless driver on U.S. 95 in the Athol area at 7:44 p.m.

Deputies, Bonner County EMS and West Pend Oreille Fire responded to a possible structure fire in the 100 block of N. Washington Avenue in Oldtown at 8:35 p.m.

Sark Ratliff, 53, and Alicia Jimenez, 44, both out of Newport, Wash., were arrested in the area of Highway 41 and Old Priest River Road in Oldtown at 9:24 p.m. on charges of possession of a controlled substance, and introducing contraband into a correctional facility and possession of paraphernalia.

Nov. 2

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Poplar Street at 5:05 a.m.

Report of a reckless driver in the area of Great Northern and Baldy Mountain roads at 6:24 a.m.

Report of a suspicious male in the 1200 block of Washington Avenue at 7:22 a.m.

Morgan L Rainwater, 36, of Ponderay, was cited in the area of Olive Avenue and W. Superior Street at 7:58 a.m. on a charge of driving without privileges and misdemeanor no insurance.

An officer checked an unsecured residence in the 1300 block of Chestnut Street at 8:04 a.m.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 500 block of N. Third Avenue at 9:39 a.m.

Report of shoplifting in the 600 block of Larch Street at 11:39 a.m.

A report of a truck creating a traffic hazard in the 32000 block of Highway 200 in Kootenai at 12:06 p.m. was determined to be unfounded.

A Sandpoint officer assisted probation on a call in the 1100 block of W. Lake Street at 12:10 p.m.

Report of a tobacco violation was reported in the 300 block of Division Avenue at 1:03 p.m.

Darwin D. Randall, 41, of Kootenai, was arrested in the 400 block of Third Avenue in Kootenai at 1:44 p.m. on two counts of violation of a protection order.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on Sprague Street in Kootenai at 1:57 p.m.

Report of a hit-and-run collision in the 800 block of Forest Avenue at 1:58 p.m.

A report of information in the Railroad Avenue area at 1:39 p.m. was placed under investigation.

Report of a battery in the 300 block of Halley Street at 3:29 p.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Lake Street at 5:18 p.m.

Report of a suspicious incident in the 1500 block of Baldy Park Road at 6:25 p.m.

Report of a suspicious male in the 1300 block of Ponderosa Drive at 7:20 p.m.

An officer assisted a parent with an out-of-control juvenile on Lincoln Avenue at 8:31 p.m.

An officer assisted Ponderay Police on Bronx Road at 10:43 p.m.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 500 block of Third Avenue at 12:27 a.m.

An officer assisted Ponderay Police in the 476900 block of U.S. 95 at 4 a.m.

Nov. 2

An officer investigated a report of a non-sufficient funds check in the 400 block of Vermeer Drive at 5:43 a.m.

An officer assisted with a civil protection order violation in the 400 block of W. Third Avenue in Kootenai at 1:44 p.m.

Vagrancy was reported on Vermeer Drive at 2 p.m.

Michael J. Vatuone 23, of Sagle was cited in the 475000 block of U.S. 95 at 9:54 p.m. on a charge of driving without privileges.

Triston R. Wilkerson, 26, of Sandpoint was cited in the 400 block of E. Bronx Road at 10:43 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana (less than 3 ounces) and possession of paraphernalia with the intent to use; and Samuel J. Wohali, 22, of Sandpoint was cited at the same time and location on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia.
