After a complaint of harassment on Highway 57 in Priest River at 10:14 a.m., a deputy advised that after two students challenged each other to fight over social media, the students, parents, and principal were all contacted during an investigation.

Report of a 911 hang-up in the 4000 block of Vay Road in Priest River at 11:27 a.m.

Emily Cooke, 34, of Sagle, was arrested on Bowen Arrow Road at 11:42 a.m. on an outstanding felony warrant for financial transaction card crimes.

Possible fraud was reported on Sunnyside Hill Road at 1:10 p.m.

Report of a citizen assist in the 3000 block of Cocolalla Loop in Cocolalla at 1:47 p.m.

Report of a 911 hang-up on S. Iowa Avenue in Oldtown at 1:54 p.m.

A case was assigned to cover a report of information on Sagle Road at 2:02 p.m.

Report of a 911 hang up on Lightfoot Drive at 2:10 p.m.

Kelsey Reynolds, 27, of Sandpoint was arrested on N. Boyer Road at 2:22 p.m. on a Kootenai County warrant for probation violation/possession of controlled substance.

Request to speak with a deputy about a home construction problem at 2:53 p.m.

Report of a 911 hang-up in the 4000 block of Boyer Road at 3:33 p.m.

Report of suspicious person in the 300 block of South Blackhawk Avenue in Oldtown at 3:49 p.m.

Report of a 911 hang-up on Baldy Mountain Road at 3:41 p.m.

ISP and deputies responded to a report of reckless driving on U.S. 95 at 3:50 p.m.

Report of harassment on East Sandy Ridge Road in Priest River at 4:58 p.m.

Idaho Fish and Game responded to a call near the south shore of Lake Pend Oreille in Bayview at 2:50 p.m.

Report of a theft on U.S. 95 in the Ponderay area at 6:31 p.m.

Report of a 911 hang-up on Keepa Way in Sagle at 6:41 p.m.

Daniel L. Smith, 46, of Newport, Wash., was arrested on Highway 41 and S. Marian Avenue in Oldtown at 9:25 p.m. on charges of possession of. methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia; and Walter R. Todd, 58, of Newport, was arrested as a fugitive of justice charge at the same time and location.

Report of a family offense in the 4000 block Highway 57 in Priest River at 9:57 p.m.

A structure fire was reported on Samuels Road at 10:43 p.m.

Nov. 3

A driver was issued infraction citations in the area of Highway 200 and McGhee Road in Kootenai at 8:05 a.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on N. Third Avenue at 8:50 a.m.

Report of a reckless driver in the 400 block of S. Division Avenue at 9:45 a.m.

A possible fraud was reported on W. Lake Street at 11:39 a.m.

An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call on Alder Street at 12:03 p.m.

A parking complaint in the 800 block of Fifth Avenue at 2:57 p.m. was determined to be unfounded.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on N. Boyer Avenue at 3 p.m.

Officers assisted Ponderay Police on a call in the 475100 block of U.S. 95 at 8:48 p.m.

An officer assisted Health and Welfare on a call in the Kootenai area at 9:45 p.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Larch Street at 11:57 p.m.

Report of shoplifting in the 600 block of Larch Street at 12:54 a.m.

Nov. 3

An officer responded to a report of suspicious circumstances in the 30000 block of Highway 200 at 1:51 p.m.

Halley E. Peters, age not listed, was arrested in the 475100 block of U.S. 95 at 8:48 p.m. on charges of driving under the influence, possession of marijuana (less than 3 oz.), possession of drug paraphernalia, and resist and obstruct law enforcement officers
