A residential burglar alarm in the 1500 block of Rapid Lightning Road at 7:04 a.m.

Kent Villanpando, 54, of Coeur d'Alene, was arrested in the area of Spirit Lake Cutoff and Dufort roads in Priest River at 7:40 a.m. on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia; and Steven Villanpando, 33, Coeur d'Alene, was arrested at the same time and location on an outstanding warrant, and on charges of possession of controlled substance, introduction of a narcotic into jail, and being a felon in possession of firearm.

Deputies responded to the 3000 block of Eastside Road in Priest River at 9:20 a.m. after a complaint of illegal dumping.

Report of a 911 hang-up in the 900 block of Coyote Song in Priest River at 10 a.m.

Report of a suicide threat in the Hope area at 11:08 a.m.

Report of threats in the 700 block of S. Center Valley Road at 11:20 p.m.

Deputies assisted Newport Police with a shooting in the 400 block of Seventh Street in Newport, Wash., at 12:39 p.m.

A residential burglary alarm was reported on the pre-100 block of Marie Victoria Court at 12:50 p.m.

Deputies were dispatched to a found horse on Quandary Lane in Oldtown at 1:31 p.m.

A 911 hang-up in the 3000 block of Trout Creek Road at 3:09 p.m.

Idaho Fish & Game responded to a call on Trout Creek Road at 3:21 p.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on Berry Patch Loop in Athol at 4:23 p.m.

Report of a railroad problem on Sagle Road at 4:58 p.m.

Deputies, Clark Fork Ambulance and Clark Fork Fire and Sam Owen Fire responded to a reported structure fire on W. Fourth Avenue in Clark Fork at 5:04 p.m.

Report of information in the Comeback Bay Lane area in Sagle at 2:35 p.m.

Report of a suspicious circumstance in the 100 block of Cameron Road in Careywood at 9:53 p.m.

A possible sex offense was reported in the greater Sandpoint area at 10 p.m.

Deputies responded to a two-vehicle, non-injury collision reported in the area of N. Kootenai Road and Jeffrey Drive at 4:24 a.m.

Report of an alarm on Bonner Mall Way at 4:52 a.m.

Signs were reported taken in the 1100 block of Spruce Street at 11:34 a.m.

A safe was reported found in the area of Pine Street and N. Division Avenue at 11:49 a.m.

Report of an intoxicated male in the 800 block of Fifth Avenue at 4:04 p.m.

Report of a suspicious incident in the 400 block of Cedar Street at 9:17 p.m.

Report of a tree creating a traffic hazard in the area of Pine Street and N. Florence Avenue at 12:47 a.m.

An officer assisted Ponderay Police in the 200 block of Larkspur Street at 1:52 a.m.

Sandpoint officers assisted Ponderay Police on a call in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 3:40 a.m.

An officer assisted BCSO deputies in the area of N. Kootenai Road and Jeffrey Drive at 4:24 a.m.
