ORDINANCE NO. 684 BICKISH ZONE CHANGE FILE NO. ZC0014-22 AN ORDINANCE OF BONNER COUNTY, IDAHO, CITING ITS AUTHORITY, AND PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF BONNER COUNTY BY THE RECLASSIFICATION OF LANDS GENERALLY LOCATED IN SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 58 NORTH, RANGE 1 WEST FROM AGRICULTURAL/FORESTRY 20-ACRE TO AGRICULTURAL/FORESTRY 10-ACRE AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS  TO: Engineers  FROM: Coolin Sewer District  SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS – DISTRICT ENGINEERING SERVICES  INTRODUCTION AND STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATION DUE DATE Coolin Sewer District is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified engineering firms to provide District engineering services including engineering, surveying, facility and improvement planning, public works contract administration, testing, and inspections. The anticipated projects include sewer system modifications, sewer treatment plant upgrades, and irrigation system upgrades. Anticipated construction projects in the $1,000,000 to $3,000,000 range are expected. Project-specific services outside this scope may be negotiated separately. The Consultant will be responsible for Cost Estimates, Grant Writing, Schematic Design, Design Development, Permitting, Construction Documents, Bidding Assistance, Construction Observation, and Testing.  The Consultant may be required to make presentations to the Board in public meetings.  The Consultant may be required to meet monthly with the Board of the Coolin Sewer District for the purpose of providing a verbal report regarding the previous month’s progress. QUALIFICATIONS Qualification Statements should include the following information:  • Basic information such as firm size, history, experience, and expertise as it relates to municipal sewer design and construction.  • Proof of current applicable licensure to practice engineering in the State of Idaho. • The names and qualifications of persons in your firm and sub-consultants assigned to key positions in the execution of this work, including resumes of said persons and physical office location.  • The name, qualifications, and licenses of the proposed Service Team, including resumés for the key people who will be assigned to the projects including sub-consultants. Key personnel roles and responsibilities on projects. Identify Project Manager responsible for day-to-day management and primary point of contact.  • Experience and qualifications in preparing and administrating public works contract documents and construction projects.  • Proposed approach to provision of services. • At least four client references, including name, address, and phone number from current or recent services like those identified herein, or projects completed within the last three years.  • Certification that if selected, Engineer will comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. EVALUATION  The Coolin Sewer District Board will evaluate Engineers that timely submit a Statement of Qualifications. SUMMARY OF CITY OF SANDPOINT ORDINANCE NO. 1398 Parking Regulations and Removal of Snow and Ice AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANDPOINT, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, AMENDING SANDPOINT CITY CODE TITLE 6, CHAPTER 1, SECTION 4, PARKING REGULATIONS; AMENDING SANDPOINT CITY CODE TITLE 7, CHAPTER 2, SECTION 3, REMOVAL OF SNOW AND ICE; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL AND SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Following is a summary of the provisions of Ordinance No. 1398. Ordinance Section 1 amends Sandpoint City Code Title 6, Chapter 1, Section 4-1, Prohibited Parking, to clarify regulations related to downtown parking limits and provide for winter and cul-de-sac parking limits. Ordinance Section 2 repeals Sandpoint City Code Title 6, Chapter 1, Section 4-3, Parking After Snow Has Fallen. Ordinance Section 3 amends Sandpoint City Code Title 6, Chapter 1, Section 4-4, Exemptions, to remove specific departmental reference. Ordinance Section 4 repeals Sandpoint City Code Title 6, Chapter 1, Section 4-5, Parking During Snow Removal Operations. Ordinance Section 5 amends Sandpoint City Code Title 7, Chapter 2, Section 3, Removal of Snow and Ice, adding reference to the Snow Removal Policy, revising the requirements as to how and when property owners, tenants or occupants must clear sidewalks of snow and ice. Ordinance Sections 6 and 7 provide for repeal and severability, publication and an effective date. This publication is a summary of the full Ordinance and is being published pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50-901A.
