Shawn Hoisington, 50, of Oldtown was cited on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia on Old Diamond Mill Road and U.S. 2 in Oldtown at 7:24 p.m.

Report of a 911 hang-up on Tank Road in Oldtown at 8:04 p.m.

Subreana Peterson, 32, of Hayden was arrested in the 20000 block of Highway 41 in Spirit Lake at 1:35 a.m. on charges of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and paraphernalia with intent to use at 1:35 a.m.

Deputies assisted paramedics in the 300 block of Gregory Street in Priest River at 2:13 a.m.
