RV park at boat launch concerning

Is anyone else concerned about the RV park that seems to have appeared at the Oldtown city park boat launch?

The same RV has been onsite for at least two weeks now. I’ve contacted the city they say it’s posted no overnight camping and then give technicalities of how people get around it when it’s easy to see the same RV for weeks.

The city says they have called the sheriffs and that’s all they can do. The person I spoke with from the sheriff's office said it was private property and the land owner being the city had to call them. We need to handle this before we get a full blown camp going on like other places we hear about so much.
