An officer was unable to locate two males reported to be smoking marijuana in the 400 block of Church Street at 9:57 a.m.
Report of a suspicious incident in the 1700 block of Oak Street at 12:47 p.m.
Report of possible harassment in the 300 block of Halley Street at 2:08 p.m.
Report of a medical assist call on N. First Avenue at 2:59 p.m.
