A missing person was reported on Lois Lane at 12:45 a.m.
Kevin Belden, 34, of Washington, was arrested in the 1000 block of U.S. 2 at 1 a.m. on charges of driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and a misdemeanor warrant; and Laurie Johnson, 30, of Washington, was cited at the same time and location on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Report of harassment on Kootenai Cutoff Road at 1:19 p.m.
Timothy D. Hoffert, 33, of Ponderay was cited in the 1100 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 6:57 p.m. on a charge of driving without privileges.
Report of a juvenile problem in the area of U.S. 95 and Highway 200 at 8:41 p.m.
An officer responded to a non-injury traffic collision in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 9:09 p.m.
Joanne C. Walker, 76, of Ponderay was arrested in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road following a traffic accident at 9:45 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.
