Michael D. Stormo, 27, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 400 block of Fifth Avenue at 7:07 p.m. on a charge of driving without privileges and cited on a charge of possession of marijuana.
An officer was unable to locate an intoxicated male reported to be in the 800 block of Church Street at 8:10 p.m.
A sex offense reported in the city at 10:25 p.m. was placed under investigation.
