Trustees need to back parents, not non-residents

After attending a few West Bonner County School District meetings, I am of the impression that the trustees put more value in the opinions of what a few people who have no students in our district and a number of people not in our school district share, than what parents, community members and staff share with them.

Shouldn’t non-residents not in the West Bonner School District go to their own school board meeting and express their concern...
