Justin Eldred, 31, of Spokane, was arrested in the 13000 block of U.S. 2 at 5:55 p.m. on charges of possessing drug paraphernalia and driving without privileges.

Report of a reckless driver in the area of Peninsula and Lower Quartz Creek roads in Priest River at 7:17 p.m.

Report of a reckless driver on Hunter Road in Blanchard at 8:19 p.m.

Aug. 28

Report of a two-vehicle, non-injury collision in the area of Fifth and Alder at 11:10 a.m.

A male was trespassed from a business in the 32000 block of Highway 200 at 1:11 p.m.

A vehicle reported taken from the 300 block of Cedar Street at 1:09 p.m. was returned to its owner.

Report of a family offense in the 1000 block of Sixth Avenue at 3:25 p.m.

Report of a family offense in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue at 5:41 p.m.

A bicycle was reported taken from the 700 block of Fifth Avenue at 5:55 p.m.

A 15-year-old Sandpoint male and a 14-year-old Sandpoint male were issued promises to appear in the area of N. Boyer Avenue and Fir Street at 10:38 p.m. on charges of resisting/obstructing an officer.

An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call in the S. Second Avenue area at 10:36 p.m.

Report of possible child abuse int he 476900 block of U.S. 95 at 10:40 a.m.

An officer responded to an agency assist in the 32100 block of Highway 200 at 1:11 p.m.

Timothy C. Brown, 57, of Spokane, Wash. was arrested in the 1000 block of Fontaine Drive in Ponderay at 10:26 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence (excessive).
