Phillip John Wold, 53, of Idaho Falls was served a misdemeanor Kootenai County warrant at the Bonner County Jail at 3:34 p.m. for failure to appear on original charge of driving under the influence (excessive).

A burglary was reported near Bandy Road in Priest River at 4:19 p.m.

Eleece Kennedy, 36, of Newport, Wash., was arrested in the 800 block of Old Priest River Road near Priest River at 6:21 p.m. on charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia; and Hunter West, 28, of Newport, was cited at the same time and location on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Deputies responded to the S. Iowa Avenue area in Oldtown at 6:23 p.m. for a trespass report.
