Robert Frye, 49, of Spokane, Wash., was arrested in the 481000 block of Highway 95 at 7:49 p.m. on charges of possession of methamphetamine and marijuana; and Tina Buffington, 51, of Spokane was arrested at the same time and location on an outstanding Bonner County warrant.
