Monthly book sale is Saturday

SANDPOINT — Attention all devoted readers and supporters of the East Bonner County Library District: It is time for the Friends of the Library's monthly book sale.

The sale will be held Saturday, Aug. 5, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Sandpoint Library, 1407 Cedar St.

"We know it’s hot, and we are offering refuge and reading," FOL member Irene Bell said. "What more could you ask for?"

Along with the usual large selection of fiction, nonfiction, mysteries, and biographies and memoirs, this month's sale features science fiction and fantasy, a great selection of materials for middle-grade readers, and one-of-a-kind and table-top books and media for both adults and kids.

"This is your opportunity to fill your library shelves, add to your summer pleasure, and help FOL fund library projects that are outside their budget," Bell said.
