Bradshaw had no business sharing details

| August 8, 2023 1:00 AM

The Aug. 1 Bonner County commissioners meeting on YouTube should be marked with a warning before viewing.

Steve Bradshaw proudly delivered the message, this being the official press release and endorsed by Louis Marshall, regarding the investigation into the alleged fair board misappropriation of funds.

I don't think it was necessary to mention the events of Oct. 31, but Steve, you gave graphic details that went beyond the fair board funds. This is, as he stated, the official press release from Bonner County; it was graphic, and he should give a full retraction and apology to the family.

Mr. Bradshaw, you are no gentleman to do such unnecessary harm, and shame on you. This is much larger than your ego; when you speak for Bonner County, you realize that Bonner County is part of the great state of Idaho, and you have brought disgrace upon the state of Idaho, which is part of the United States, and we, as loving Americans, do not appreciate your ego boost to describe such events in detail.

You could have limited your comments to the funds, but you take great pride in boosting your ego and shock factor. I, for one, extend my apology to the family, as I had no idea, was frozen in shock, and cried for the pain you exposed. Shame on you, and a recall cannot come fast enough.

If that is the official press release of Bonner County and endorsed by Louis Marshall, the prosecuting attorney, then you both have some explaining to do to this community.
